Cancellation & Refund Policies

Please contact us before enrolling if you have specific questions regarding our cancellation policy. Please note that cancellation/refund policies will vary for registrations processed through our global partners. In the event that you need support with cancellation, refunds or customer service through, please contact their support team here.

Your registration represents a commitment to participate in Christallin program, workshop or retreat and reserves a spot for you in the class.

Substitutions – another person may attend in your place at any time prior to the start of the program, with no additional fees.

Transfers – you may transfer your investment to another Christallin program, workshop or retreat. Transfers will be held for 12 months. If not used within that period, all funds will be forfeited. Fees may apply. Transfers may not be valid for any programs organized by our global partners.

Refund – Tuition is refundable as detailed below. Fees and restrictions apply.

If you purchased your class on Christallin.com, our cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you need help canceling or have any questions, please email our customer support team. 

Digital Products or Programs

There is a no refund policy on all single digital meditations or e-books unless there is a tech issue we are unable to solve.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual program, you will have a 7 day refund policy. If you decide within 7 days of the purchase date, that the program is not for you and you have not downloaded or accessed the full program, we will fully refund your purchase and remove you from the membership, if applicable.

Christallin Group Coaching

Christallin Group Coaching is an online, ongoing group coaching program.

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation at any time during the billing period will end your membership at the end of the billing period. Christallin will not offer partial refunds if a member wants to be removed before the end of the billing period. Cancellation requests must be received 5 business days prior to rebilling or customer will be responsible for payment of the new month.

Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions automatically renew one year from the time of initial registration. Cancellation requests must be received 5 business days prior to rebilling or customer will be responsible for payment of the new year.

If member cancels at anytime prior to the end of the billing period, a substitution or transfer can be made to satisfy the remainder of the billing period. For the purpose of valuation to determine the worth of the transfer, months are valued at $147 per month and the total amount will be calculated from the 1st day of the month following cancellation. For example, if a member cancels on August 15th and their annual subscription started on January 1, they may transfer their membership to a new member, approved by the Christallin Team, on the 1st of September and the new members’ subscription will be renewed January 1 of the following year or if they choose to transfer the value of their remaining membership to a new course/program/retreat, they will receive a total of $147 per month credit starting September 1 or a total credit of $588.

Retreats

Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the retreat start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, no transfer fee
Refund – Full refund, less $250 processing fee

Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the retreat start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, less $100 processing fee
Refund – Full refund, less $250 processing fee

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, less $250 processing fee
Refund – 25% of investment refunded
If investment is being paid on an installment plan, 75% of the course tuition becomes immediately due and payable.

Cancellations less than 10 days prior to retreat start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – No
Refund – 10% of investment refunded less the value of any program components already delivered, ie. strategy call, meditations etc. or no refund if 10% isn’t equal or greater than the value of any program components already delivered.

Cancellations after retreat has begun:
Substitutions – No
Transfers – No
Refund – No refunds after the course start date.
If investment is being paid on the installment plan, 100% of the program investment becomes immediately due and payable.

Live Your Bliss Program

Cancellations 60 days or more prior to the program start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, no transfer fee
Refund – Full refund, less $250 processing fee and the value of any program components already delivered, ie. strategy call, meditations etc.

Cancellations 30-60 days prior to the program start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, less $100 processing fee
Refund – Full refund, less $250 processing fee and the value of any program components already delivered, ie. strategy call, meditations etc.

Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the program start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – Yes, less $250 processing fee
Refund – 50% of investment refunded less the value of any program components already delivered, ie. strategy call, meditations etc.
If investment is being paid on an installment plan, 50% of the program investment becomes immediately due and payable.

Cancellations less than 10 days prior to program start date:
Substitutions – Yes
Transfers – No
Refund – 10% of investment refunded less the value of any program components already delivered, ie. strategy call, meditations etc. or no refund if 10% isn’t equal or greater than the value of any program components already delivered.

Cancellations after program has begun:
Substitutions – No
Transfers – No
Refund – No refunds after the course start date.
If investment is being paid on the installment plan, 100% of the course tuition becomes immediately due and payable.

Please understand that administrative costs and credit card processing fees are incurred for each enrollment even before members begin our programs. In addition, when a member registers for a seat in any of our programs, Christallin reserves that seat for that member and depending on when the cancellation occurs, it may not be feasible to fill that seat again. Exceptions to our generous cancellation policy will be considered on an individual basis in the case of emergency or exceptional circumstances.
